ensure your customers will
always receive the level of service to be expected when
purchasing a new vehicle, from
communication within our transport department, upon the
car delivery, a complete demonstration of the new vehicle
controls and service schedules upon arrival will be completed
at the agreed location and at the agreed time.
All completed paperwork will be signed and returned immediatley
to your relevant department/personel. We recognise the
importance of the vehicle paperwork/documentation and
take every step to ensure that it is carried out to your
requirements.
If you require us to collect a return vehicle from your
customer, we will conduct a complete vehicle appraisal
and deliver it to your chosen location. |
